Car turns into a fireball at the entrance of FSM Bridge
A car traveling toward the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge in Istanbul caught fire for an unknown reason. The driver's attempts to intervene were unsuccessful, but the fire was extinguished by firefighters, leaving the vehicle severely damaged.

Around 12:30 PM, smoke began to rise from a car with license plate 34 NRS 493, driven by T.D., while it was traveling on the TEM Highway in the direction of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge. Noticing the situation, the driver pulled the vehicle into the emergency lane and attempted to intervene in the flames.
As the fire grew rapidly, the fire department was notified. Following the report, police, medical, and fire crews were dispatched to the scene. The flames were brought under control and extinguished through the intervention of the teams.
Two lanes, which were closed for safety during the fire, were reopened to traffic after the work was completed. An investigation has been launched into the incident, which left the car unusable.
