Lâl Denizli, who went to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on February 20 to provide a statement, underwent a drug test conducted by the Council of Forensic Medicine (ATK) using samples taken from her blood, urine, hair, and nails.
Çeşme Mayor Lâl Denizli had been summoned to testify by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office as part of a 'drug' investigation.
The following statement was made by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office:
"Within the scope of the investigation numbered 2025/280882, which is being conducted by our Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Smuggling, Narcotics and Economic Crimes Investigation Bureau; a summons has been issued for the suspect Lâl Deniz to provide a statement."
