The decision signed by Erdoğan is as follows:
''As I will be visiting the Federal Republic of Germany on November 17, 2023, Vice President Cevdet YILMAZ will serve as acting president until my return, in accordance with Article 106 of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye. I submit this for your information.''
