Child passing through scene of shootout shot in the head
Two people, one of them critically, were injured in an armed clash in Sultangazi. A child in a car passing through the scene during the shootout was critically injured after being struck in the head by a bullet.

The incident occurred around noon on 1293 Street in the Zübeyde Hanım neighborhood. According to information obtained, suspects inside the moving vehicles with license plates 34 RB 8900 and 34 CRT 604 opened fire on each other with long-barreled automatic rifles and handguns.
15-year-old Büşra P. was struck in the head by a bullet during the shootout while traveling with her family in a vehicle with license plate 34 UV 8980 near the 75th Year Statue Park. In the incident where Büşra was critically injured, Mustafa Kemal B. (27) was also injured by a bullet that struck his hip.
While the suspects fled after the incident, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. After initial intervention by medical teams, Büşra P. was transported to Sultangazi Haseki Training and Research Hospital. It was learned that Büşra P. remains in critical condition.
MANY VEHICLES DAMAGED BY BULLET IMPACTS
Mustafa Kemal B., who has 10 prior criminal records and went to Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim Research Hospital on his own after the incident, left the hospital without receiving treatment.
Many vehicles on the street were damaged as a result of being struck by bullets.
While police teams conducted investigations at the scene, the vehicle with license plate 34 RB 8900 used in the attack was found abandoned on 1432 Street.
During the inspection, 2 long-barreled weapons and 3 unlicensed handguns, one of which was automatic, were seized in the vehicle. Police efforts to capture the fleeing suspects are ongoing.
