Child was found unconscious: Verdict for the aunt who kept her nephew in a trash-filled house in Bursa!
In the case where the aunt of a child found in poor condition in a trash-filled house in Bursa two years ago was being tried with a request for up to 30.5 years in prison, the defendant has been released.

The hearing, held behind closed doors at the 10th High Criminal Court due to a confidentiality order, was attended by the detained defendant Kamuran Pınar A., who faces up to 30 years and 6 months in prison for "deprivation of liberty," "attempted intentional homicide by omission," and "torture against a child," along with her lawyer, a representative from the Ministry of Family and Social Services, and the lawyer for Yasemin A., the mother of the child found in the trash-filled house.
After hearing the parties, the court panel decided to release the defendant under judicial control.
The hearing was adjourned to May 10.
CHILD WAS FOUND UNCONSCIOUS
Aydın S., who rented his apartment in Bursa to Kamuran Pınar A. (45), later filed a lawsuit against the woman for failing to pay rent. After the court ordered the eviction, the enforcement team went to the address, opened the door with the help of a locksmith, and changed the lock.
Kamuran Pınar A., who did not comply with the court's eviction order by changing the lock again, was taken to the police station for questioning. Meanwhile, in July 2022, cleaning staff from the Nilüfer Municipality, who were called to clean the trash-filled house, found 9-year-old C.M.A. unconscious in a locked room among the trash, noting that the child was in poor health.
It was determined that the child's mother was Yasemin A., the sister of Kamuran Pınar A., and the child was handed over to the mother living in Antalya by the prosecutor's office. Later, C.M.A. and Kamuran Pınar A.'s 16-year-old daughter, E.Z.A., were taken under protection by the Provincial Directorates of Family and Social Services. C.M.A. was admitted for treatment at Akdeniz University Hospital.
