CHP Central Executive Board meets: What is on the agenda?

The Republican People's Party (CHP) Central Executive Board (MYK) has gathered under the chairmanship of Chairman Özgür Özel.

The meeting began at 13:20 at the party's headquarters. According to CHP sources, the agenda items for the meeting, which opened with a presentation by Özgür Özel, are as follows:

*The appointment of trustees, which began with the Esenyurt Municipality and continued with the Mardin Metropolitan, Batman, and Şanlıurfa Halfeti municipalities

*Budget deliberations currently ongoing in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM)

*Recent developments in the economy

*Developments in domestic and foreign policy

*The party's event calendar

It is also expected that the joint statement of support for Chairman Özgür Özel, published today by 81 provincial chairs, and efforts regarding a potential early election will be addressed on the MYK agenda.
