CHP deputies' application regarding TSK regulations rejected
In the review conducted upon the application of 126 CHP deputies, including CHP Group Deputy Chairs Murat Emir, Gökhan Günaydın, and Ali Mahir Başarır, the Constitutional Court (AYM) unanimously rejected the requests for annulment and a stay of execution.

According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, the application challenged regulations concerning the rank promotions, disciplinary procedures, and separation from dutyThe annulment of the regulations regardingtraining and education expenses was requested.
In its assessment,the AYM concluded that theregulations in question did not involve an unconstitutional delegation of legislative power,and that the powers granted to the ministries remained within the frameworkdefined by law. stated that it remained within the framework.In the decision, it was noted that considering the unique structure of the TSKand the requirements of military discipline, theregulations did not constitute a violationof the Constitution.
The Court further stated that if the rules in question were applied, the damage would be difficultor impossible to compensate.irreparable damages would occur,there was no sufficient justificationpresented, and thereforetherequestfor a stay of executionwas also rejected.
