‘Alagöz’ debate between CHP’s Emir and AKP’s Usta: They put the money they withheld from retirees into his pocket

CHP's Emir made allegations against AKP Iğdır MP Cantürk Alagöz regarding the vaccine procurement process during the pandemic.

Emir claimed that mediation and high profits were made in vaccine purchases and distribution processes, and that some of the public's vaccines were destroyed without being used. Emir said, "They put 1 billion dollars into Cantürk Alagöz's pocket, 1 billion dollars; they put the money they withheld from retirees into Cantürk Alagöz's pocket. That Cantürk Alagöz became an MP, now he doesn't see the need to come here. But look, he turned to mining; Keymen İlaç is doing mining. He did mining in Giresun, waste from the mine was dumped into Çatalağaç Creek, the positive EIA report was cancelled, he doesn't care at all, he did it seven times, he doesn't care at all, they fined him 2 million 500 thousand liras, and they are bragging about this," he said.

Regarding CHP's Emir's allegations about Alagöz, Leyla Şahin Usta said, "These issues have been brought to the agenda many times, he has made the necessary explanations, and detailed information about these has been shared many times before, but the topics are being reheated and brought up again with distortions. There is only one reason for this: to cover up their own thefts, corruption, and harassment; to make the bribe money that came in baklava boxes invisible, to make it forgotten, to cover it up.
