CHP holds press conference in front of Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education
CHP Deputy Chairman Suat Özçağdaş held a press conference in front of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education, alleging unfair practices in teacher interviews.

Özçağdaş, along with officials from the CHP Istanbul Provincial Presidency and a group of teachers awaiting appointment, gathered in front of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education in Fatih.
Making a statement to members of the press there, Özçağdaş stated that teacher candidates are suffering and facing injustice due to the interview process.
Stating that interviews would not be an objective method when conducted nationwide, Özçağdaş said, "We are now facing such a situation.
Our friends who took the exam in provinces like Istanbul and Bursa, and participated in the oral exam, were left out for no reason simply because their scores were rounded as in the old system, while friends who took the exam in many other provinces received high scores." he said.
