CHP's Karasu hits back at AKP's Güler over 'cheap threats'
CHP Deputy Chairman Ulaş Karasu responded to criticisms made by AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler against CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, stating, "Instead of taking jabs at our Chairman, take a lesson from what he said and bring services to Sivas! CHP Deputy Chairman Ulaş Karasu made a statement regarding the remarks made by AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler toward CHP Chairman Özgür Özel.
Karasu used the following expressions:
"Mr. Abdullah, you have just arrived in Sivas and are still in the getting-to-know-you phase! Abdullah Güler, instead of taking jabs at our Chairman, take a lesson from what he said and bring services to Sivas! Doesn't the train, whose name is 'Fast' but is slow itself, fail to arrive in 3 hours and 20 minutes? Didn't the ground beneath the tracks collapse twice in 2 years; did the climate change, or did you put out tenders worth billions of liras again?
These cheap polemics will not be a remedy for the people's troubles! You should think not once, but a thousand times before taking the name of the CHP Chairman into your mouth! Your cheap threats do not work on us!"
