CHP Kemalpaşa Youth Branch President and 3 others arrested
Mehmet Deviren, the CHP Kemalpaşa District Youth Branch President, and 3 others have been arrested in İzmir on allegations of writing 'insulting' graffiti targeting AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan on walls.

Police teams launched an investigation following reports that graffiti containing insults against AKP President Erdoğan had been written on walls at various locations in the Kemalpaşa district center.
As part of the investigation, CHP Kemalpaşa Youth Branch President Mehmet Deviren and 3 others were taken into custody.
The 4 individuals, who were under investigation for 'insulting the President' and 'damaging public property,' were arrested by the criminal judgeship of peace to which they were referred.
