Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel will visit Dilruba K., who was arrested due to her remarks in a street interview in İzmir, at Aliağa Prison tomorrow.
Özel will meet with Kayserilioğlu—who was previously visited by CHP Women's Branch Chair Asu Kaya, Deputy Chairman Gökan Zeybek, and party lawyers—to provide moral support and receive information regarding the detention process.
Following the visit, CHP Chairman Özel is expected to hold a press conference in front of the prison. It is stated that he is expected to make assessments regarding Dilruba K.'s situation and the judicial process during the statement.
