How did the AK Party's operation to shield Murat Kurum from the judiciary take place?

We have reached a document that will change the course of the İliç case!
How did the AK Party's operation to shield Murat Kurum from the judiciary take place?
First, the expert committee that prepared the expert report showing Murat Kurum as primarily at fault was replaced.
Then, a new expert report was commissioned from the new committee. In the new report, Murat Kurum's primary fault was evaporated.
Subsequently, the court issued a decision of non-prosecution regarding the ministry officials, including Murat Kurum, who granted the 2nd Capacity Increase EIA Positive Decision in 2021.
And supposedly, an indictment was prepared without Murat Kurum.
However, the AK Party made a major slip in the indictment submitted to the Court.
It turned out that a capacity increase was also carried out before 2021 in the heap leach area where the landslide occurred.
The indictment states that a capacity increase called Phase 4B was carried out in 2020 and that the project for this increase was flawed.
We have determined with documentation that the then-Minister of Environment, Murat Kurum, approved this project, which is stated to have been influential in the occurrence of the disaster.
If the Phase 4B project is flawed as stated in the indictment, why is Murat Kurum, who approved this project, not being tried?
If the Phase 4B project is correct, why are many people imprisoned due to Phase 4B while Murat Kurum is free?
This indictment is contradictory, biased, and political.
