01:00- The voting has concluded, and the new Istanbul Provincial Chair of the CHP has been determined.

According to unofficial results, Özgür Çelik has won the Republican People's Party (CHP) Istanbul Provincial Chair election.

23:00 - Voting has begun at the 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress of the Republican People's Party (CHP). At the congress, CHP Bahçelievler District Chair Özgür Çelik and former CHP İstanbul Provincial Chair Cemal Canpolat are competing for the provincial chairmanship. Voting commenced following the speeches delivered at the congress, which began around noon. 

More than 600 provincial delegates will cast their votes at the congress.
