CHP to hold group meeting in Silivri

The CHP has decided to hold this week's group meeting in Silivri, where the Marmara Closed Penal Execution Institutions are located and where the İBB case involving 402 defendants—including Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Mayor and CHP presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu, with 106 people currently in custody—is being heard. 

In an announcement made on the official X account of the Republican People's Party (CHP), it was reported that the party's weekly Group Meeting, usually held at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), will take place in Silivri this week to coincide with the start of the İBB case. In a notice sent to members of the press, the CHP designated the "CHP Silivri Solidarity Center" as the location for the group meeting.
