CHP's Yavuzyılmaz alleges sabotage in crash of plane carrying Libyan delegation: Isn't this against flight regulations?

CHP Deputy Chairman Deniz Yavuzyılmaz made a statement on his social media account regarding the crash of a plane carrying passengers, including Libyan Chief of General Staff General Mohamed Ali Ahmed Al-Haddad, in Ankara's Haymana district on December 23, 2025.

Regarding the crash of the Libyan plane in Ankara last year, Yavuzyılmaz stated, "We have determined that 3 hours before the takeoff of the plane carrying the Libyan Chief of General Staff from Esenboğa Airport, a suspicious Israeli jet entered the apron where it was parked, remained there for 1 hour and 41 minutes, and then departed for Tel Aviv.

The Libyan jet, which took off after the Israeli jet, crashed 15 minutes after takeoff. There were no survivors from the plane. I am asking the AKP: Isn't it against international flight regulations to have the planes of two enemy countries parked on the same apron?

What was an Israeli jet, with unknown passengers and cargo, doing on the apron where the Libyan Chief of General Staff's jet was located? Why are you hiding this situation from the public?" he asked.

Deniz Yavuzyılmaz included the following statements in his post:

"Did the crashed Libyan plane fall victim to Israeli sabotage? We have reached extremely critical information, documents, and records regarding the matter. We have determined that 3 hours before the takeoff of the plane carrying the Libyan Chief of General Staff, which crashed in Ankara on December 23, 2025, from Esenboğa Airport, a suspicious Israeli jet entered the apron where it was parked, remained there for 1 hour and 41 minutes, and then departed for Tel Aviv.

The Libyan jet, which took off after the Israeli jet, crashed 15 minutes after takeoff. There were no survivors from the plane.

I am asking the AKP! Isn't it against international flight regulations to have the planes of two enemy countries parked on the same apron? What was an Israeli jet, with unknown passengers and cargo, doing on the apron where the Libyan Chief of General Staff's jet was located? Why are you hiding this situation from the public?

Yavuzyılmaz's call to the President, the Minister of Interior, and the Minister of Transport: "Inform the public about this scandal immediately."

We are explaining the development of the event, along with the evidence:

1) December 22, 2025 – 22:53: The Malta-registered aircraft with Registration No. 9H-DFS, carrying a military delegation including Libyan Chief of General Staff General Mohamed Ali Haddad, lands at Esenboğa. High-security (VIP) passengers are disembarked at Apron No. 1. Everything seems normal up to this point.

2) Afterwards, a strange situation occurs. While planes carrying high-level foreign state officials are normally parked at Apron No. 1, which is the main apron and closest to the VIP terminal, the Libyan plane is directed to Apron No. 5, the furthest corner of the airport, practically a blind spot. The plane parks at this Apron No. 5. Then, the crew leaves the plane.

3) December 23, 2025 – 17:04: An Israeli plane with Israeli registration and Registration No. 4X-CNA, which took off from Italy, lands at Esenboğa under the pretext of 'refueling'. And look at the coincidence... It is also directed to the same Apron No. 5. Who is on the plane, what equipment is on board, and what is there is unknown.

4) Two planes together! The Libyan military delegation's jet and the Israeli jet wait together on the same apron for 1 hour and 41 minutes. During this time, while the Libyan plane's crew is at a hotel, those on the Israeli plane are alone with the Libyan plane on Apron No. 5.

5) It is a major scandal that these two planes from enemy countries were parked together on the same apron, especially since one of them was carrying a high-level state official. Because Libya and Israel have no diplomatic relations, and Libya does not recognize Israel as a state. Libya and Israel are technically and legally 'enemy countries' to each other. According to international flight regulations, planes from enemy countries cannot be parked in this manner.

6) 18:45: The Israeli plane departs from Apron No. 5 and then takes off. Its destination is Tel Aviv.

7) Around 19:30: The Libyan plane's crew goes to the plane to prepare for takeoff. When they arrive, they do not see any suspicious situation or suspicious plane around the aircraft. Because the Libyan military delegation and the crew never encounter the Israeli plane.

8) 20:17: The Libyan plane takes off, unaware of what has happened.

9) 20:32: Radio contact with the plane is lost 15 minutes after takeoff.

10) There are no survivors from the plane that crashed within the borders of Ankara province. I am calling out to President Tayyip Erdoğan, the Minister of Interior, and the Minister of Transport! Inform the public about this scandal immediately. If you attempt to distort the facts, I will also disclose the evidence I have not yet revealed. I am warning you, so you don't end up empty-handed later!
