Circular from the Ministry of Family and Social Services to 81 provincial governorships for the homeless
A circular has been sent by the Ministry of Family and Social Services to 81 provincial governorships for those left homeless on the streets. According to the circular, homeless individuals living on the streets during winter will be identified, and their accommodation will be provided by public guesthouses and hotels.

The Ministry of Family and Social Services has sent a circular to 81 provincial governorships, provincial directorates of family and social services, and social assistance and solidarity foundations to meet the accommodation and basic needs of homeless people living on the streets during winter.
Within the scope of the circular signed by the Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, homeless, displaced, and destitute individuals in provinces and districts will be identified to ensure that not a single citizen remains on the streets during the winter months.
In addition to providing accommodation through public guesthouses and hotels, these individuals will also be provided with hygiene, healthcare, basic food, and clothing needs, as well as psychological support when necessary.
