Citizens react to Constitutional Court ruling! Survey results revealed: Notable MHP detail
MetroPOLL Research asked citizens for their views on the matter in a survey prepared following the refusal of the 13th High Criminal Court and the Court of Cassation to comply with the Constitutional Court's (AYM) ruling on rights violations.

MetroPOLL Research, in a survey asking, “Do you find it correct that the rulings made by the Constitutional Court are not complied with?” found that 60 percent of participants answered ‘No’, 22.6 percent answered ‘Yes’, while 17.4 percent expressed no opinion.
In the survey conducted in November 2023, the distribution of participants was analyzed according to the party they voted for in the last elections.
The distribution by political party is as follows:
AKP Yes: 27.6 percent No: 50.8 percent No answer: 21.6 percent
CHP Yes: 19.1 percent No: 71.6 percent No answer: 9.3 percent
DEM PARTY Yes: 26.6 percent No: 63.5 percent No answer: 9.9 percent
İYİ PARTY Yes: 23.3 percent No: 67.1 percent No answer: 9.6 percent
MHP Yes: 34 percent No: 45.6 percent No answer: 20.4 percent

In the survey results, it was noted that 34 percent of those who found the non-compliance with the ruling to be correct were MHP voters.
