Rasim Ozan Kütahyalı also made a notable claim. Sharing on his social media account, Kütahyalı stated, "Instructions have been sent to the Central Bank to take all necessary steps to ensure the dollar does not exceed 37 by the end of the day."
On the other hand, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek also made a statement regarding the markets, saying, "Everything necessary is being done for the healthy functioning of the markets."
