The Right to Hope will come to the Parliament's agenda. Either before the Execution Law or in parallel with the Execution Law. There are many questions about 'When?' There is a government front saying, 'We want to start the process in June' according to the Parliament's working calendar. Let me say that... But could it be delayed? It could be. But could it be earlier? I hope so. Everyone's expectation is in that direction. Not only Öcalan but also his 'comrades-in-arms' will benefit from the 'Right to Hope.' Every PKK member who lays down their weapon and surrenders their weapon must first surrender to the Turkish judiciary. Both the DEM Party and the government front are carefully underlining this.
