While the "absolute nullity" ruling in the ongoing lawsuit regarding the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress continues to maintain its place on the agenda, it has been claimed that 3 deputies will resign if Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu returns to the chairman's seat.

Journalist Sinan Burhan, who is close to the government, stated in his assessment during a live broadcast on tv100, "I spoke with an important source this afternoon. After Kılıçdaroğlu sits in the CHP Chairman's seat, 3 deputies will resign from the party. Adnan Beker, Ümit Dikbayır, Cemal Enginyurt."

Barış Yarkadaş added another name to the claim in question. Yarkadaş stated, "I am adding one more name. One more deputy among those who joined the party later will resign from the party on the day Mr. Kemal enters the headquarters, he said."

STATEMENT FROM ENGİNYURT

Following the allegations, Cemal Enginyurt sent a message to İsmail Dükel during the tv100 broadcast to make a statement.

In his message, Enginyurt stated, "I did not say resignation; I said I would act together with Özgür Özel."
