Claim that new trustees are waiting in line for CHP municipalities: He announced those municipalities
While reactions and protests against the trustee appointed to Esenyurt continue, Beşiktaş Mayor Rıza Akpolat has most recently been detained on allegations of "membership in a criminal organization," "rigging tenders," and "unjust enrichment." It is alleged that a trustee will also be appointed to replace Akpolat. As the agenda has returned to trustees once again, a striking claim has come from journalist Barış Pehlivan.

The trustee process, which began in October with the arrest of Esenyurt's Mayor Ahmet Özer—who was elected through a "city consensus"—as part of a "terrorism" investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, continues.
Most recently, CHP's Beşiktaş Mayor Rıza Akpolat was detained on allegations of "membership in a criminal organization," "rigging tenders," and "unjust enrichment."
Since October, trustees have been appointed to 8 municipalities, 1 of which is held by the CHP and 7 by the DEM Party.
CLAIM THAT NEW TRUSTEES WILL BE APPOINTED TO CHP MUNICIPALITIES
Halk TV programmer Barış Pehlivan announced inside information he obtained from CHP and AKP officials.
Pehlivan stated that some CHP municipalities are also being targeted through the "city consensus" framework, and announced that trustees could be appointed to replace Şişli Mayor Resul Emrah Şahan, Beyoğlu Mayor İnan Güney, Eyüpsultan Mayor Mithat Bülent Özmen, and Sancaktepe Mayor Alper Yeğin.
Pehlivan pointed out that the ultimate goal is Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.
