Claim that two reports were presented to Erdoğan regarding the 'lieutenant oath' incident: Here are the contents of the reports

During the graduation ceremony held at the Military Academy on August 30 Victory Day, 15 minutes after AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan left the ceremony, a group of graduating lieutenants took a second oath accompanied by swords. Along with the oath, the slogan 'We are the soldiers of Mustafa Kemal' was chanted.

Following the emergence of the footage, those who supported the lieutenants and those who reacted to them appeared in public opinion. Just as there were those within the AKP who reacted, there were also those who supported the lieutenants. 

The opposition, on the other hand, objected to those who reacted, stating that what the lieutenants did was a tradition. 

AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan and MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, who remained silent for a while after the ceremony, later reacted to the footage that emerged in their statements and expressed that 'the necessary action would be taken'.

CLAIM THAT 'TWO REPORTS WERE PRESENTED TO ERDOĞAN'

According to the report by Altan Sancar from Gerçek Gündem, two separate reports were presented to President Erdoğan following the footage. The first report presented to Erdoğan was prepared two days after the ceremony. 

In the first report presented, the distribution map of the footage, the accounts that first published it, and their examinations were addressed. While it was pointed out in the report that the footage was published in an organized manner, the accounts that spread it were also profiled. Following this report, an instruction was given by Erdoğan to prepare a second report.

In the second report, the situations of the lieutenants who participated in the oath, the people who enabled their participation and the reasons, the situations of the military instructors within the institution, and the weaknesses of the institutions were addressed. In this report, findings were made that the lieutenants grouped up during training, distanced themselves from each other, and acted in different groups. It was stated that the oath process emerged in an organized manner, different factors came into play, and the footage was taken and consciously served.

"ERDOĞAN CALLED BAHÇELİ"

It was also learned that after receiving the second report, President Erdoğan called MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli by phone and provided information about the situation. The information provided by Erdoğan based on these reports was effective in MHP leader Bahçeli's reaction, unlike some names in his party.

On the other hand, it is also claimed that there is a connection between what happened at the Tuzla Infantry School and the graduation ceremony within the party. According to party members, those who 'wanted to take revenge' for what happened in Tuzla were influential in the emergence of the footage at the graduation ceremony. There is also a reaction against the Ministry of National Defense, university rector Erhan Afyoncu, and some military instructors at the school due to what happened at the two military schools. According to what party members conveyed, it is expected that at least 20 of the lieutenants will have their ties with the TSK (Turkish Armed Forces) severed.
