During the search, a scuffle broke out between the police and a group that had gathered in front of the building, leading to the dispatch of reinforcement teams to the area.

What happened?
As part of an investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, an operation was carried out on August 13 in 17 provinces targeting suspects, including Alihan Kuriş, who is stated to be the leader of the Süleymancılar organization.
Within the scope of the investigation, which includes charges of "establishing and managing a criminal organization," "money laundering," "fraud to the detriment of public institutions," and violation of the Tax Procedure Law, searches were conducted at 123 addresses, and trustees were appointed to certain companies and assets.
While many suspects were detained during the investigation, it was alleged that the MASAK report contained findings that an amount exceeding 100 billion TL had been transferred abroad through companies linked to the organization's structure via fake invoices, company transfers, and cash movements of unknown origin.
