CMB approves capital increases for 4 companies

According to the CMB's weekly bulletin, the Board has approved the capital increase requests of Mish Dekorasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 37 million 272 thousand liras (rights issue), Transtürk Holding AŞ for 44 million 376 thousand 716 liras (rights issue), Alves Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 1 billion 440 million liras (bonus issue), and Sodaş Sodyum Sanayi AŞ for 105 million liras (bonus issue).

The CMB approved the application of Pasha Yatırım Bankası AŞ for the issuance of 1 billion liras in lease certificates and asset-backed securities by Üvez Otomotiv VarlıkFinansmanı Fonu, 15 billion liras in lease certificates and asset-backed securities by DK Varlık Kiralama AŞ, and 600 million liras in investment institution warrants and certificates by İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ.

NEW OPERATING PERMITS

The Board approved the "One PortfPortfolio Management Inc.One Portfolio Management Inc.Sixth Real Estate Investment Fund's establishment and the approval of the issuance certificate regarding the issuance of participation sharesas well as the approval of the issuance certificatefor "Tera Portfolio Management Inc.Tera Portföy Asset Management Inc.Variable Umbrella Fund and Tera Portföy Asset Management Inc.Precious Metals Umbrella Fund's establishment requests were approved.

The Capital Markets Board decided to impose an administrative fine of 739 thousand 534 liras on Astor Enerji AŞ following an investigation, and a fine of 1 million 64 thousand 411 liras on Loras Holding AŞ following an investigation.

Following the investigation into Loras Holding AŞ, a decision was made to impose a total fine of 2 million 128 thousand 822 liras on 2 individuals.
