As the investigation continues into the murder of Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in Diyarbakır after 19 days, a statement has also come from Communications Director Fahrettin Altun.

"The fact that the lifeless body of our daughter Narin, who went missing 19 days ago in Bağlar, Diyarbakır, and had been searched for by our security units from the very first minute, has been found has devastated us all. Our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is following the matter closely to ensure that the ongoing investigation continues meticulously, that the incident is fully clarified, and that those who took the life of our daughter Narin are held accountable before justice.
