Constitutional Court conducts financial audit of 6 political parties: MHP is among them

Decisions regarding the financial audits of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), Young Party (Genç Parti), Independent Republican Party (Bağımsız Cumhuriyet Partisi), Center Party (Merkez Parti), Workers' Own Party (İşçinin Kendi Partisi), and Justice Party (Adalet Partisi) have been published in the Official Gazette. The Constitutional Court (AYM) found the final accounts of the parties to be in compliance based on the available documents and information.

The Constitutional Court (AYM) has announced its decisions regarding the financial audits of several political parties. These decisions concerning the Nationalist Movement Party, Young Party, Independent Republican Party, Center Party, Workers' Own Party, and Justice Party have been published in the Official Gazette.

Within the scope of the examinations conducted, the financial accounts of the Nationalist Movement Party and the Center Party for 2019, the Independent Republican Party, the Workers' Own Party, and the Justice Party for 2020, and the Young Party for 2019 and 2021 were audited.

The Court evaluated the final accounts of the parties in question based on the available information and documents and found them to be "accurate, balanced, and in compliance with the Law on Political Parties No. 2820."
