Constitutional Court rejects CHP's annulment applications

The Constitutional Court has rejected the applications filed by the CHP on the grounds that the Law on the Uludağ Area, the Law on Insurance and certain other areas, the Law on Amendments to Tax Laws and Certain Other Laws, the Law on the Rental of Residences for Tourism Purposes and Amendments to Certain Laws, and various articles of the Turkish Penal Code were unconstitutional.
