Constitutional Court's decision regarding 10 political parties published in the Official Gazette: AKP and IYI Party included

The Constitutional Court has published the financial audits of political parties in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the 2020 financial audits were conducted for the AKP, IYI Party, Great Unity Party (BBP), Young Party (Genç Parti), True Path Party (DYP), Workers' Party of Turkey (TIP), Democracy and Progress Party (DEVA), Socialist Workers' Party of Turkey (TSIP), Revolutionary Socialist Workers' Party (DSIP), and the Women's Party (Kadın Partisi).

The High Court ruled that the 2020 final accounts of these parties were accurate, balanced, and in compliance with the Law on Political Parties No. 2820, based on the information and documents available.
