Conversation between Erzan and Fulya Terim enters the case file: 'I'm glad our paths crossed'

It has emerged that Seçil Erzan, who defrauded football players and business people with the claim of high foreign currency-based fund returns, hosted the Fatih-Fulya Terim couple last summer along with her then-fiancé Candaş Gürol, that the Terim couple left them a note, and that a conversation between her and Fulya Terim has been added to the case file.

"I'M GLAD OUR PATHS CROSSED"

The relevant section of the note revealed by İsmail Saymaz is as follows:

“Fatih Terim said, ‘They are trying to involve me in a case I have no connection to. I have neither any receivables nor any debts. I am launching the greatest legal battle in history against those who involve my name. Be ready’.

However, Terim did not provide details about his relationship with Erzan.

Yet, documents and images that have entered the investigation file show that there was a friendship between Terim and Erzan.

For instance, Erzan sent two separate photos taken with Terim to her close friend Nazlı Can on August 7 and September 18, 2022.

Fatih and Fulya Terim came to dinner at Erzan's house in Bozcaada last summer. After the meeting, the Terim couple left a note for Erzan and her fiancé Candaş Gürol.

The note reads as follows:

“Dear Seçil, dear Candaş.

The most immortal gift a person can give another is love.

You made us feel that in such a naive way this weekend that I am struggling to form sentences to thank you.

I'm glad our paths crossed.

It was a wonderful weekend, thought out to the smallest detail. Once again, endless thanks.

Fulya – Fatih”

The WhatsApp correspondence between Erzan and Fulya Terim has entered the file. In the correspondence, it is seen that Fulya Terim requested bank and SWIFT account details from Erzan for a money transfer.”
