Court approves license for 'Martı': met e-transportation requirements
Following a two-year legal process, the Istanbul 7th Administrative Court ruled in favor of Martı, ordering that the company be granted an e-transportation license.

The Istanbul 7th Administrative Court found the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) to be in the wrong and ruled that Martı, Turkey's leading transportation application, has met the requirements for an e-transportation license.
The İBB's appeal to the higher court was also rejected. Thus, Martı was found to be in the right by the higher court as well.
The Istanbul 7th Administrative Court approved the granting of an e-transportation license to Martı. Consequently, the Martı TAG service will continue to operate on a legal basis.
MARTI APPROVED FOR E-TRANSPORTATION LICENSE BY COURT DECISION
Martı, which provides micromobility solutions in Turkey, has achieved a significant victory after a 2-year legal battle.
The Istanbul 7th Administrative Court ruled that Martı has fulfilled the necessary legal requirements and decided that an e-transportation license should be issued.
With this decision, the TAG (Tek Araçla Gidiyoruz - We Go With One Vehicle) service offered by Martı has now officially gained legal status under the scope of an e-transportation license.
This decision may set a precedent for both Martı users and other ventures in the e-transportation sector.
