Criminal complaint filed against 4 people, including Şükriye Aci's brother: They did not call an ambulance

In the criminal complaint filed by the Aci family, it was stated that Oğuz Murat Aci lay on the ground bleeding for approximately one hour following the accident, yet the injured individuals present at the scene did not extend a helping hand.

The petition included the following statements: “While at the scene, the suspects chose to call their mothers instead of applying pressure or providing medical assistance to Oğuz Murat Aci, who was lying on the ground severely injured.

This indifference and negligent behavior were instrumental in the occurrence of his death.”

DEMAND FOR “THEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED”

In the petition submitted to the prosecutor's office, it was stated that the four people present at the scene acted negligently toward the accident victim by failing to provide assistance, and that this situation should be punished under the Turkish Penal Code. The family requested that the legal responsibilities of these individuals be determined and that the necessary criminal proceedings be applied.

DEBATE OVER ASSISTANCE ON THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT HAD SURFACED
