In the criminal complaint filed by the Aci family, it was stated that Oğuz Murat Aci lay on the ground bleeding for approximately one hour following the accident, yet the injured individuals present at the scene did not extend a helping hand.
The petition included the following statements: “While at the scene, the suspects chose to call their mothers instead of applying pressure or providing medical assistance to Oğuz Murat Aci, who was lying on the ground severely injured.
This indifference and negligent behavior were instrumental in the occurrence of his death.”
DAUGHTER-IN-LAW ŞÜKRİYE ACİ'S BROTHER IS ALSO AMONG THE SUSPECTS
According to the report by Ekol TV reporter Dilek Yaman Demir, the criminal complaint includes information that the brother of the Aci family's daughter-in-law, Şükriye Aci, is also one of the four people being complained against. This detail deepens the emotional dimension of the incident due to family relationships, while emphasizing that the demand for justice must be carried out without granting privileges to anyone.
DEMAND FOR “THEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED”
In the petition submitted to the prosecutor's office, it was stated that the four people present at the scene acted negligently toward the accident victim by failing to provide assistance, and that this situation should be punished under the Turkish Penal Code.
