Criminal complaint against Furkan Bölükbaşı from the Victory Party: Due to Ümit Özdağ post

Furkan Bölükbaşı, known for his proximity to the AKP and referred to as a 'troll,' recently targeted Victory Party leader Ümit Özdağ in a social media post. Victory Party lawyer Sevdagül Tunçer announced that they have filed a criminal complaint against the social media personality known as an AKP troll, Furkan Bölükbaşı.

In the post that prompted the criminal complaint, Bölükbaşı commented on the indictment prepared against Özdağ, stating, "I would even support an indictment if it were for insulting Abdullah Öcalan.

We must do whatever is necessary to ensure he stays inside for a long time. Otherwise, there is no peace for this country."

It was alleged that Bölükbaşı deleted the post after a while.

"I HAVE FILED A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT"

Victory Party lawyer Sevdagül Tunçer made a statement using a screenshot of Bölükbaşı's post. Tunçer stated, "I have filed a criminal complaint against this 'troll-in-chief' for 'Attempting to Influence a Fair Trial'."

Tunçer's statement is as follows:

"By saying 'We must do whatever is necessary to ensure Ümit Özdağ stays inside for a long time,' this 'troll-in-chief' has publicly made a written statement to influence a judicial officer in an ongoing case or investigation to issue an unlawful decision or take an unlawful action, in violation of Article 288 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK). I have filed a criminal complaint against him for 'Attempting to Influence a Fair Trial'."

We will see whether an investigation will be opened against him, or if this will be dismissed, and if we will be the ones investigated again when we say 'enemy criminal law is being applied to dissidents in Turkey.' Would this be a paradox, Mr. Minister Yılmaz Tunç?"
