Criminal complaint from the HKP: 'We will continue to protect the rights of our people'

Following the revelation in documents from the Jeffrey Epstein case—which has long been on the world agenda—that Epstein visited Turkey 9 times, and due to a potential Turkish connection, Attorney Kerim Bütün, representing the HKP, has filed a criminal complaint with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to investigate whether there is a link between missing children in Turkey and 'Epstein Island.'

'MUST BE INVESTIGATED METICULOUSLY'

12punto has obtained the criminal complaint. The complaint states, 'The Republic of Turkey must meticulously investigate the aforementioned documents to determine whether there are any children who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey and have been reported as "missing" in the file. Furthermore, with this criminal complaint, it is necessary to determine whether abuse crimes were committed in Turkey and to obtain documents and information regarding Turkish children and Turkish citizens from the judicial file being conducted in the USA.' It further highlights, 'An investigation must be conducted for the crimes of "Child sexual abuse," "Child abduction," "Human trafficking," "Prostitution," and "Obscenity" against individuals whose connection to acts against victimized children in Turkey is identified or has been identified. Every minute of delay deepens the pain of the victimized children and their families. A judicial investigation must be opened immediately, and the "Epstein" file must be subpoenaed by your prosecutor's office.'

'VIOLATION BY PUBLIC OFFICIALS'

Following the request regarding the missing children, it was also requested that after the file is subpoenaed, public official suspects who had "involvement or negligence" in the abduction of children from within the borders of the Republic of Turkey to the USA be identified. It was noted that even if no partnership regarding the crime can be determined, a judicial investigation should be initiated for the crime of Misconduct in Office.

'MISSING LIST OF 140 PEOPLE'

The text states, "While according to official data 75 people are missing in the earthquake, claims in the press are different. It is stated that there is a missing list of 140 people, 38 of whom are children. The families' demand for a commission in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) continues to be ignored," and concludes with, "we respectfully request and demand on behalf of our client, the People's Liberation Party, that the necessary investigation be conducted, a public lawsuit be filed, and our evidence be collected."

'DETERMINATION IS NECESSARY'

Attorney Kerim Bütün, who invited the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to take action on behalf of the HKP, made statements. Bütün said, "If there is even one brave prosecutor within the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office who can conduct an investigation into the disappearance of Republic of Turkey children and whether there are connections to Epstein, this investigation must be opened, and witness statements and documents from the investigation conducted in the United States must be subpoenaed. Who is collaborating with Epstein in Turkey? The children who went missing in Turkey are the children of the country that our client party is obligated to protect and idealizes."
