Critical warning from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Turkish citizens in Israel and Palestine

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a warning message on its X social media account titled 'Attention to Our Valued Citizens in Israel and Palestine'.

Following the attacks launched by the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, from the blockaded Gaza Strip into Israel, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a warning to Turkish citizens in Palestine and Israel and shared emergency contact numbers.

The Ministry made a post regarding the matter on its X social media account.

Stating that developments in Israel and Palestine are being closely monitored, the statement said, "It would be beneficial for our citizens to remain in safe, enclosed areas. It is recommended that you follow our Embassy in Tel Aviv, our Consulate General in Jerusalem, and the official websites and social media accounts of our Ministry for updates."

The Ministry shared the duty/emergency phone number for Turkey's Consulate General in Jerusalem as "+972 54 660 62 10", the duty/emergency phone number for Turkey's Embassy in Tel Aviv as "+972 52 248 66 47", and the Consular Call Center number as "+90 312 292 29 29" for emergencies.

 

IT WAS ANNOUNCED THAT AN ATTACK NAMED "AL-AQSA FLOOD" HAD BEEN LAUNCHED

Hamas's military wing, the al-Qassam Brigades, had announced this morning that it had launched a comprehensive attack on Israel named "Al-Aqsa Flood".

While thousands of rockets were fired from Gaza toward Israel, armed groups entered residential areas in the region.

The Israeli army also announced that it had launched an attack on the Gaza Strip with dozens of fighter jets.
