Cübbeli Ahmet (Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü), who was expelled from the İsmailağa Sect and known for his "rabıta" dispute with the İsmailağa Sect leader Hasan Kılıç, known as "Hasan Efendi", has released a video message regarding Kılıç's death.

"ONE MUST GRIEVE AS IF A WORLD HAS COLLAPSED"

Cübbeli Ahmet stated the following in his announcement:

“We were waiting for good news, but there is no remedy for death. You may remember my prayers that he would live for 120 years so that no discord would arise among us, but there is no remedy for death. Because of this, we will not be able to hold the Shifa al-Sharif lesson tonight. We are now in deep sorrow. The death of a scholar is the death of a world. Our teacher Hasan Efendi was the head of hundreds and thousands of deputies he left behind with his knowledge and virtue. We were all subject to him with respect and reverence. In the last incident, he said not to come, so we did not come. We said there is a good in that too, in our teacher's statement. Therefore, one must grieve as if a world has died, as if a universe has collapsed. We loved him for the sake of Allah.”
