University student Ata Emre Akman, who was stabbed 25 times and killed while working as a motorcycle courier for a chain restaurant in Balıkesir, has plunged the entire country into mourning.

It was revealed that E.Ö., who brutally murdered Ata Emre Akman, stated in his testimony: "I asked how he knew my father's religious-marriage wife, Sultan Durmaz. He snapped at me. That's why I stabbed him."

Journalist Cüneyt Özdemir hosted Ata's mother and father, Zuhal Akman and retired Colonel Erol Akman, on his live broadcast.

THE LETTER HE WROTE TO HIS MOTHER 2 YEARS AGO

As mother Zuhal Akman read the letter her son had written to her two years ago, Cüneyt Özdemir was seen unable to hold back his tears.

In the letter he wrote to his family, Ata Emre Akman included the following expressions:

My dear mother, thank you for the 18.5 years you spent with me. I am writing another letter to you 13 years later. My handwriting might still be ugly. There are things that haven't changed from then until now. My love. My dear mommy. I am growing up now and I might be developing more individually. But I am growing with every moment you have touched. You have a great role in my character. For example, if I didn't have such a magnificent mother, I wouldn't know about many things. And such a loving childhood (I'm grown up now). I couldn't have lived with another mother. My favorite mother, my mother. I love you very much, my dear mommy. We are growing together, we are full of love together. You are very valuable to me, my dear mother.

"A FAMILY THAT IS A COMPLETE CRIME MACHINE"

Özdemir said, "We are facing a family that is a complete crime machine. The father went and stabbed his daughter-in-law. The man threatened them, they separated. The woman had another child, they didn't leave her alone. Ata is all of our child."
