In the statement, citizens were urged to book appointments early to complete their transactions before congestion occurs.

"To avoid being affected by the application density at our population directorates in the coming days, you can make your applications as soon as possible by booking an appointment via Alo 199, http://randevu.nvi.gov.tr, or e-Devlet."
