The "Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM) Presidential Motion" regarding the "Attacks on Humanitarian Aid Flotillas Heading to Gaza" was unanimously accepted in the General Assembly. Following the acceptance, the decision regarding Israel's attacks on humanitarian aid flotillas heading to Gaza was published in the Official Gazette.

The decision, which states that Gaza, forced to live under Israel's brutal blockade for a long time and subjected to the massacres of the genocidal Netanyahu government for two years, has also been struggling with hunger and famine for months, included the following statements:

"In the face of this cruelty, the Global Sumud Flotilla, which set out with hundreds of activists from 44 countries and more than fifty ships to deliver humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, break the unlawful Israeli blockade, and draw attention to the genocide taking place in Gaza, has become a powerful voice of the front of humanity.

Israel, adding a new one to the genocide and other war crimes it is committing, has attacked the Sumud Flotilla, a civilian and peaceful initiative, in international waters, prevented the delivery of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, and once again recklessly violated international law. Despite the reaction of the international public, the murderer Netanyahu and his gang have now also attacked the Freedom Flotilla Coalition. It must be known that the attack carried out today on the Ship of Conscience, which included Denizli Deputy Sema Silkin On, Bursa Deputy Mehmet Atmaca, and Hatay Deputy Necmettin Çalışkan, and which carried a total of 21 of our citizens, is in fact a vile attack on the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.

On this occasion, we congratulate all friends of Palestine who took part in the Freedom Flotilla Coalition for this brave and humanitarian behavior. We warn Israel, which has long since exceeded the limits of human conscience and decency with its reckless aggression, in the strongest possible terms that our citizens, including our deputies, must not be subjected to any ill-treatment, that our detained citizens must be released immediately, and that they must reach our country as soon as possible. Together with all our political parties and deputies, we, as the TBMM, express that we stand with our three valuable deputies, our detained citizens, and all the heroes who set out to deliver humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza.

Furthermore, we will be the pioneers and persistent followers of holding Israel's occupation forces accountable in international courts for all these crimes committed against the members of the Sumud and Freedom Flotillas, especially our deputies. We call on all parliaments and international parliamentary assemblies to take a stance together and raise their voices so that the occupation, annexation, and destruction policies that Israel applies to the Palestinian people come to an end, the people of Gaza gain access to uninterrupted and comprehensive humanitarian aid, and Israel is held accountable for the crimes against humanity it has committed.

We believe that in the face of these vile attacks by the cruel Israeli administration that wound the human conscience, the international public will continue to give much stronger reactions every day, and all obstacles in front of a free and sovereign Palestine will be overcome as soon as possible. In this context, the voting and acceptance of this declaration and the publication of the decision taken in the Official Gazette were accepted at the 4th Session of the General Assembly dated 08.10.2025."
