Decision regarding the election of HSK members published in the Official Gazette
The decision regarding the election for Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) memberships has been published in the Official Gazette.

According to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) decision published in the Official Gazette, in accordance with Article 159 of the Constitution and Articles 18 and 20 of the HSK Law, as a result of the election held during the 89th Session of the General Assembly on May 20, 2025, Fuzuli Aydoğdu, Hakan Yüksel, and Seyfi Han were elected to HSK membership from among the members of the Court of Cassation (Yargıtay), Cengiz Aydemir from among the members of the Council of State (Danıştay), and Alişan Tiryaki from among faculty members and lawyers.
