Decision regarding the suspect who attacked a Supreme Court Prosecutor in traffic
One of the two suspects involved in the attack on Supreme Court Prosecutor Necip Cem İşçimen in Kadıköy has been apprehended. The suspect was released under judicial control by the court.

Supreme Court Prosecutor Necip Cem İşçimen was attacked in traffic in Kadıköy, Istanbul.
Teams from the Istanbul Police Department launched an investigation into the attack on Supreme Court Prosecutor Necip Cem İşçimen, which took place in Kadıköy the night before last.
The teams determined that İşçimen had argued with two suspects while exiting a restaurant parking lot in the Feneryolu neighborhood and was subsequently attacked.
Identifying the suspects as E.G. and T.T.İ. through vehicle license plate information, the police apprehended T.T.İ., who had insulted İşçimen.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL!
After being processed at the police station, T.T.İ. was referred to judicial authorities and released under judicial control.
Police are still searching for the other suspect.
WHO IS NECİP CEM İŞÇİMEN?
Necip Cem İşçimen, the Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of the Ankara Bureau for Crimes Against the Constitutional Order, was the individual who took the first step during the July 15 coup attempt by launching an investigation and issuing arrest warrants for the coup plotters while the attempt was still in full swing. He was the person who connected to three separate live broadcasts on July 15 to announce that an investigation had been launched and arrest warrants had been issued for the coup plotters.
During the time İşçimen headed the Constitutional Bureau, a total of 69 separate FETÖ cases were opened, 20 of which were related to the coup attempt.
