Decisions regarding the promotion of judges and prosecutors published in the Official Gazette
The decisions of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK), consisting of lists of names of judicial judges, chief public prosecutors, prosecutors, and administrative judges who have completed their service periods at various levels, have been published in the Official Gazette.

The HSK decisions include lists of names of judicial and administrative judges, as well as chief public prosecutors and prosecutors, who have been promoted to the first degree and are subject to the review for first-class status for the first time, effective from December 31, 2024.
Those who have completed their service periods but do not see their names on this list may request a review of their status by submitting a written application to the HSK within 30 days from the date of publication.
In another decision, lists were published containing the names of judicial judges, chief public prosecutors, prosecutors, and administrative judges who completed their service periods by the end of the December 2024 period and whose promotions were deemed appropriate by the HSK.
