Following the statement made by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel at the Esenyurt rally regarding 'vehicles allocated to the AKP', CHP Deputy Chairman Deniz Yavuzyılmaz, who began sharing documents, has filed a criminal complaint through his new post.
Documenting that a vehicle was allocated to be used during the 'local election process' while the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) was under AKP administration, Yavuzyılmaz directed the question, "is this not a crime either?" to Interior Minister Yerlikaya following his 'documented' criminal notification.
HERE IS THAT POST BY YAVUZYILMAZ:
"Is this not a crime either?
We have documented that the official vehicle I specified below was allocated to the AKP Istanbul Provincial Presidency during the AKP-era İBB for the 'March 31, 2019 local election process'.
I am asking the Interior Minister!
Is it not a crime to provide vehicles to AKP officials using İBB public resources, especially during the 'election process'?
Information on the illegally allocated vehicle
License Plate: 34 NU 3819
Make: Renault
Model: Fluence
Engine No: K9KN837R000023
Chassis No: VF1LZLF0E54172614
Allocating party: İBB
Allocated to: AKP
Allocation period: 'DURING THE ELECTION'
The name for this is violating the Law on Political Parties. It is tainting the election process with crime!
Come on, add this allocation to the İBB indictment file and let's see!
Note: Look at the bottom right corner of the vehicle delivery report I shared in the attachment
