The report alleged that there are records of numerous real estate properties acquired by Ekrem İmamoğlu through various means.
It was alleged that he acquired 17 real estate properties in the provinces of Balıkesir, Istanbul, and Çanakkale through sales.
It was alleged that 5 real estate properties located in Balıkesir-Erdemir were transferred to Ekrem İmamoğlu by his father, Hasan İmamoğlu, through a donation.
It was alleged that between 2020 and 2025, Ekrem İmamoğlu had investigation and prosecution records for crimes such as 'fraud by merchants, company managers, or persons acting on behalf of a company during their commercial activities; or by cooperative managers within the scope of cooperative activities,' 'publicly inciting to commit a crime,' 'publicly inciting the public to hatred and hostility,' 'simple threat,' 'attempting to influence a fair trial,' 'influencing those performing judicial duties,' 'misconduct in office,' 'obstructing the conduct of a public activity by using force or threats or other unlawful behavior,' and 'rigging a tender of public institutions or organizations.'
The report alleged that a total of 10 million 329 thousand TL in consultancy fees was transferred from the Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, and Sarıyer municipalities of Istanbul to companies owned by Erkan Karaarslan, an advisor to Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu, who was arrested on charges of 'FETÖ membership and providing financing to the organization.'
It was alleged that his name appeared in intelligence-based information regarding a 1 million 754 TL consultancy agreement made between Ekrem İmamoğlu and Erkan Karaarslan, who was arrested due to FETÖ membership.
