Detained in drug investigation: First statement from Simge Sağın's manager
Following an operation coordinated by the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in which several famous names were detained, singer Simge Sağın's manager issued a statement; it was stated that no criminal elements were found during the search, that the artist only uses prescription medication, and that she is cooperating with the process.

As part of a drug investigation targeting famous names, Simge Sağın, İbrahim Çelikkol, Melek Mosso, Deha Bilimler, Mustafa Ceceli, Ersay Üner, Bengü Erden, Aslı Sipahi Hacısüleymanoğlu, and İlkay Şencan were detained.
The first statement has come from the camp of singer Simge Sağın, who was among the famous names detained.
STATEMENT FROM HER MANAGER
According to the report by Gazete Magazin, the famous singer's manager made the following statement:
"No criminal elements belonging to her were found during the search in question. Simge Sağın is cooperating with the relevant units to support the statement process. There is no use of any substance by Simge Sağın other than prescription medications used under physician supervision."
OPERATION ORGANIZED BY BEYKOZ CHIEF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
The following statements were included in the announcement made by the Beykoz Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the operation:
"In line with the evidence obtained, reports received, and information gathered within the scope of the investigation conducted by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in coordination with the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command's Anti-Narcotics Branch Directorate regarding 'publicly known individuals' for the crimes of Purchasing, Accepting, or Possessing Drugs or Stimulants for Use, or Using Drugs or Stimulants, or Supplying Drugs or Stimulants, simultaneous arrest, search, and seizure operations were carried out on 07.04.2026 in accordance with the decision obtained from the Beykoz Criminal Court of Peace against the suspects whose names are written below and who were determined to have participated in the alleged crimes, and the investigation is being conducted meticulously."
