According to the report in GerçekGündem, following this attack by Israel on Lebanon, concerns have arisen worldwide regarding phones that function as pagers.

While the Lebanese Ministry of Health has called for these devices not to be used, it has emerged that the 'Teletrim' pagers used in Israel's attack on Lebanon are being sold at very cheap prices on online sales platforms in Turkey.

Journalist Nevzat Çiçek shared information he received regarding the pagers detonated by Israel on his social media account. Çiçek made the following post:

"According to sources in Lebanon, the devices that exploded were from the latest batch that arrived on order over the last three months... It is stated that the lithium battery inside these devices was heated to cause an explosion. Some people dropped the device when the battery heated up and escaped the attack."
