Disinformation Combat Center denies 'Minister Şimşek' claim
The Presidency's Directorate of Communications Center for Combating Disinformation has stated that the claim that "Minister Şimşek said, 'A very difficult 1.5-year process awaits us'" is not true.

In the statement, which noted that Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek did not use such an expression in any recent statement, it was stated: "Posts made with the claim that they are Minister Şimşek's statements are disinformation.
The aforementioned claims, which were circulated via bot accounts on the X platform, have no basis whatsoever.
Do not give credence to such disinformation campaigns carried out with the motive of causing panic in the public before the elections."
