Ebru Eroğlu and İzzet Talip Akarsu filed a lawsuit at the Ankara Administrative Court for the cancellation of the decision made by the Land Forces Command High Disciplinary Board. In their petition, Ebru Eroğlu and İzzet Talip Akarsu requested a stay of execution regarding the "dismissal" decision issued by the Land Forces Command High Disciplinary Board.

In the lawsuit filed at the Ankara Administrative Court, while the cancellation of the decision was requested, it was emphasized that there was no disciplinary misconduct in the action taken by the lieutenants.
