Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Sultangazi, Silivri, Küçükçekmece, Kağıthane, Gaziosmanpaşa, Fatih, Eyüpsultan, Esenyurt, Esenler, Çatalca, Beylikdüzü, Bayrampaşa, Başakşehir, Bağcılar, and Arnavutköy.
