Here are the districts that will experience outages:
Çatalca, Beşiktaş, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Beyoğlu, Gaziosmanpaşa, Eyüpsultan, Esenyurt, Fatih, Zeytinburnu, Şişli, Güngören, Sarıyer, Kağıthane, Küçükçekmece, Bağcılar, Arnavutköy, Avcılar, Bakırköy, Bağcılar and Bahçelievler.
